02 For Teams

A BRAND THAT SURVIVES THE AGENT WHO LEAVES.

When your top producer walks, the pipeline walks with them — unless it never lived on their phone. We build the team asset: one brand, one inbox, one routing rule, one report. Leads land in the team's system first, and everything after that is a rule you can audit.

01 The friction

A TEAM ISN'T SEVEN AGENTS.
IT'S ONE SYSTEM THEY SHARE.

Most Miami teams are a name on a sign and seven people running seven marketing operations. The lead goes to whoever answered fastest, the brand looks different on every profile, and when someone leaves nobody can prove which deals were the team's.

What it costs you

Four leaks
you can measure.

  • THE LEAD SITS IN ONE AGENT'S DMs. NOBODY ELSE SEES IT.
  • SEVEN PROFILES, SEVEN LOGOS, SEVEN VOICES.
  • A RECRUIT ASKS HOW LEADS ARE SPLIT. NOBODY HAS THE DOCUMENT.
  • AN AGENT LEAVES AND TAKES THE ONLY COPY OF THE PIPELINE.
02 Deliverables

WHAT THE TEAM
ACTUALLY OWNS.

Every item here is registered to the team, not to a person. Domains, ad accounts, analytics and CRM stay in your name with us added as users — and we remove ourselves cleanly if we ever stop working together.

Team identity

A wordmark, a color, and — more importantly — the rules: how it sits next to your brokerage's logo, what an agent may change, what they may not. Written down, so nobody has to ask you on a Sunday.

Roster pages

One template, one page per agent: photo, languages, buildings, direct line. Enough to rank for their name and enough to hand a seller. Adding or removing someone is a form entry, not a redesign.

Routing that's a rule

Every inquiry hits the team inbox, gets qualified, then goes to whoever is on rotation and available — by price band, language or building, whichever you choose. When someone leaves, you change one line.

A library, not a group chat

Templates, captions, listing kits and building content in one place your agents can pull from without asking. The point is that a new agent produces on week one.

Recruiting material

What a candidate actually asks: how leads are distributed, what support looks like, what the split covers, what the team has closed. We publish the numbers you give us and leave out the ones you can't back.

One report for everyone

Source of every lead, how fast it was answered, who it went to, and what happened next — the same page for the team lead and for the agent. Uncomfortable when it should be.

03 How it runs

FROM SEVEN OPERATIONS
TO ONE.

The migration is the hard part, so we do it in a fixed order and we don't turn anything off until the replacement is running.

  1. Week 1 · Inventory

We list what exists: every profile, domain, ad account and CRM seat, and who controls it. Most teams find at least one account nobody can log into.

  2. Week 2 · The rule

We write the routing rule with you — rotation, response window, what counts as qualified, what happens on a no-answer — and you sign it before we build anything.

  3. Weeks 3–4 · Brand + site

Team identity, the site, and the roster pages from one template. Every agent reviews their own page once; after that it's theirs to update through a form.

  4. Week 5 · Inbox on

The team inbox and the assistant go live in front of the CRM. Old channels keep running in parallel for two weeks so nothing is lost in the switch.

  5. Monthly · The review

One meeting on one page: leads by source, response times by agent, what converted. We bring the page; you bring the decisions.

04 The mechanism

Four things the team owns even if every agent on it changes.

This is the difference between a team and a group of agents sharing a sign. Each layer below is registered to the team, documented, and transferable on the day you ask for it.

The inbox

Every inquiry from every source lands in one place the team controls — before it reaches any personal phone. That single decision is what makes the other three possible.

The rule

Rotation, response window, qualification criteria and the no-answer fallback, written and signed. A rule can be audited at the end of the month; a habit can only be argued about.

The library

Brand files, templates, building content and listing kits in one shared place. A new agent's first post doesn't wait for anyone's approval or anyone's laptop.

The record

Every lead, its source, its response time and its outcome, kept in the team's CRM. When someone leaves, the pipeline stays and the handover takes an afternoon.

What this is not: a way to take leads away from your agents. It's a way to prove which ones they were given, how fast they answered, and what the team is owed at renewal.
